Special Challenge:-It was a retro fit job where we replaced the old Air washers and ducting in the existing ECR rooms, the panel were live so working in that condition was quite challenging. The plant room location and area for AHU room selection was a complex and very congested as we have to adjust in the available space. The ECR room are very close to the HRM area so insulation of AHU rooms and exposed areas was critical .

Special Challenge:- Space for floor mounted AHU for ICU, ICCU, was not available so we have to opt for ceiling suspended AHU , crossing beam and clear head room in passages was a challenge and the Noise of high static AHU was a challenge. Special acoustic treatment was done on trap doors to reduce the noise as low as 35-40 Db. Location of Mortuary in the basement was critical have created a fabricated structure to install it in the basement.
